DIRECTIONS:  Clean vagina with Vadge Intimate Wash. Lay flat on your back with knees bent. Using the applicator, or your finger, push one Vagiclean Pop into your vagina as far as it will go comfortably. Wash hands and applicator thoroughly after use. Repeat once or twice (day and night) as needed.  Reusable applicators included. Be sure to wash and dry thoroughly after each use.  Wear a panty liner after usage to catch any leakage.
