Refund Policy

Return & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order is placed.  Please be advised, these are "use at your own risk" products and everyone's body is different. If we made a mistake with your order such as sending the wrong product, please email us at Service@myroyalchambers.com.  We will correct your order immediately and send the right order at no additional cost.  

Due to the personal nature of our products, we currently do not offer exchanges or product returns once the order is received.  

 

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products may be returned to us after    contacting Service@myroyalchambers.com.

Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product in your email before returning.  Contact us prior to shipping to receive a free return label.  You will need to submit photo evidence of damaged products before a return label will be issued to your email.

 

My package was returned to sender

If your package is returned to our shipping facility, you will be notified via the email that was used to place the original order. Depending on the condition of the product, we may be able to offer reshipment depending on your case. We provide the following options:

1. After confirming there was no errors during ordering with your original address used to place your order and it was the postal couriers mistake, we would reship your order on our next business shipping day.

 

2. If you placed your order incorrectly or provided the wrong shipping address at the time of ordering and did not correct this address before it was shipped, you will need to pay to reship your order. If you don't wish to pay for the secondary shipping charges, we would not attempt to reship your order that has been returned to our shipping facility and you would also not qualify for a refund. 

 

3. If a second attempt to ship your products is made and returned to our warehouse again, if you wish, you can purchase additional shipping to attempt a third time to deliver your merchandise. If you don't wish to pay for these shipping charges, we would not attempt to reship your order that has been returned to our shipping facility and you would also not qualify for a refund.

Package lost, stolen or damaged?

Once your package leaves our shipping facility, we are no longer responsible for the order.

If your package was lost or stolen you must file a claim with the UPS or the USPS using your tracking number. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.  

If you did not enter your correct shipping address, we will wait for your package to be returned to us before attempting reshipment. In this instance, you will be contacted via email to confirm a correct shipping address once the package has been received at our shipping facility.
