Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Delivery times commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. 

 

How will I know when my order is shipped?

Once an order is processed, an email with tracking information will be sent the email address provided by the customer at checkout. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, shipping cost to your country will be calculated at checkout. 

 

Do international customers pay customs and taxes?

All items shipped outside of the United States are subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees depending upon the destination. These charges may be in addition to your total order cost. These additional charges are the customer's responsibility. Royal Chambers will not cover these fees or reimburse for any additional fees. We suggest that you check your country's customs office to determine additional costs and/or restrictions prior to placing your order. 

 

Royal Chambers is also not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers, strikes or any other form of delay once the package has exited the United States. 

Customs do have the right to hold items at their discretion and there is nothing we can do to assist in these type of situations. 

 

What is the average delivery time? 

Domestic orders can take anywhere between 1-5 business days for delivery depending on destination’s proximity to our warehouse.

 

International orders can take 6-20 business days for delivery. As an international customer there is a possibility you may be charged a custom’s fee. If charged, it would be your responsibility to pay this.

 

What if my address is wrong on my confirmation?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order such as address changes, you will have 1 hour after your order has been placed to do so. Customers may email service@myroyalchambers.com within the 1-hour timeframe to request such changes. Any attempts to make changes or cancellations after the 1-hour period will be denied as your order would have entered the processing stage by then. Any address changes after that time can be made by you directly with the shipping carrier.
